Just under a year ago I wrote a list of my favourite juice selling haunts here in Adelaide.
Since then I have drank plenty of fresh juices from my old faithfuls, and have discovered some incredible new places that sell cold pressed juices, smoothies and fruit-juice mixes.

So of course, with all these special juices under my belt I’ve felt the need to start a second list.
Get ready to get fruity-tooty- here’s 11 of my newest places to get juicy in Adelaide.

MALOBO
257 Seaview Road, Henley Beach

A new addition to Henley Beach’s renovated square, MALOBO pumps out beautiful brunches and lunches all day long- think pancakes with edible flowers, cheese platters and perfectly cooked eggs benedict. To wash down these brunches are a range fresh juices- my favourites are the ‘Detox’- kale, spinach, green apple, celery, lemon and ginger and the ‘Recharge’- apple, carrot, watermelon, lime and mint. If you’re after something different then try the ‘Lassi’ Smoothie- a blend of fresh mango, cardamom, coconut and yoghurt. This is a favourite of my other half.

The Green Room
2 High Street, Willunga

If you find yourself on the Fleurieu Peninsula and have a hankering for a great juice then you need to get to The Green Room in Willunga. The menu is plant based and uses local produce, offering a huge range of fresh and organic options for brekky and lunch in a cosy and welcoming setting. They have plenty of juices on offer, but my every time go-to is the “Pink Lips”- so bright pink it stains your mouth a beetroot pink.

Plantation Juice Co
Stall 17/18, Adelaide Central Market, Adelaide

Healthy foodies will go nuts for this bright juice stand that delivers fresh, fast and nutritious juices, smoothies and acai bowls. Whatever you’re after in the juice department there’s no doubt they will have you covered. My favourite pick is their “Plantation Nation” fruit juice- a mix of carrot, beetroot, orange and pineapple. So sweet and zesty!  I can’t wait to work my way through their list.

303

303 By The Sea
303 Seaview Road, Henley Beach

Another Henley gem, this one a little further down from the square. The bright blue door to the cafe draws you in, and the coastal interior will have you wanting to stay for more than just a drink- well it happens to us every time. This cafe dishes out big brunches and fab coffee, along side a list of healthy juices in cute jars. A few of my favourite picks include the Green Machine, The Jungle Juice and the Watermelon Strawberry Mojito (a icy and tasty delight!)

combi

Combi
17A Leigh Street, Adelaide

Combi is here in Adelaide and Acai bowl and raw treat lovers are rejoicing. Their healthy and flavoursome menu boasts everything from sweet treats to kombucha and super food smoothies. They stock cold pressed juices and my pick is the Field Of Greens. If you’re after a smoothie then you need to get stuck into the Velvet Cacao- a sweet delight of Raw cacao, cacao nibs, blueberries, cinnamon, banana, raw fermented protein powder, coconut milk. So, so good.

Jam Face
Stall 28/29 Adelaide Central Markets, Adelaide

Poh now has a permanent home in the Adelaide Central Markets and lets just say I am super excited! I have been a massive fan of her delicious sweets since she landed a stall at the Adelaide Farmers Market- if you visit the markets it’s worth a visit. Jamface stocks a range of breakfasts, lunches and desserts that will make foodies all kinds of happy. She also stocks a small range of fresh cold pressed juices- think summer flavours like pineapple, mint and greens. My pick is the Strawberry, Mint and Watermelon- very refreshing and thick like a smoothie.

The Garden Farmers
Willunga Farmers Market, every Saturday in Willunga

A trip to the Willunga Farmers Market is worth its weight in gold- think local, fresh produce and a excuse to eat yourself silly. One of my favourite stalls at the market is The Garden Farmers- a stall that stocks seasonal heirloom vegetables and some of the tastiest cold pressed green juice I’ve ever had (a bottle has become a staple at every market visit).  They’re available by the cup, half litre or litre and come in glass bottles so they are perfect for the trip home.

GOODPRESS

Goodpress Juices
Shop 15 Henley Beach Road, Henley Beach South

If fresh cold press juices and healthy salads are your thing then you will soon become a regular at this little shop. Open just over a month ago Goodpress Juices stocks a large range of cold pressed varieties- from a selection of greens, sweeter options and even almond milk blends. The interior is also to die for with plant installations by EST- Emma Sadie Thomson, and pops of yellow and grey throughout.  My favourite picks so far are the “13”- Pink lady, strawberries and lime and “02”- spinach, parsley, pineapple and mint. There is also a selection of takeaway muesli, bliss balls and other light options, as well as takeaway coffee for those needing a caffeine fix.

A healthy hub for those who are after lunch, a bite to eat on the go, a raw sweet treat and of course, Juice. The Juice Lovers Juicery sticks by their name as is for people who seriously L O V E juice. Their concoctions cover anything from organic veggie delights, to super green juices and even sweeter options for those who favour fruit a bit more than veg. My pick is “The C Bomb”- Orange, Raspberry, Pineapple, Grapefruit and lemon- it packs a punch and is very zesty.

 NUTRITIONREPUBLIC

Known as a health hub in the heart of King William Road, Nutrition Republic is home of raw treats, smoothies, breakfast bowls, big salads and organic coffee. The cold press juices are made in Mile End by Pure Pressed Juices and are damn tasty. My favourite is the “Coco Berry”- a blend of coconut water, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and mint.

longlostfriendjuice

Long Lost Friend
523 Magill Road, Magill

Blink and you’ll miss it- Long Lost Friend is nestled on the corner of busy Magill road and is a cafe worth stopping for. Perfect for couples, kids and big groups, this cosy cafe will have you covered. They boast a long brekky list, dish out excellent brews, and in this case- a cracking juice and smoothie list. My pick is the “Go Green”- a mix of apple, celery, cucumber and ginger (a green juice that doesn’t taste too green). Another special mention goes to the “Minty”- a blend of apple and mint. YUM.
